Lodging and meals are included. The price depends on your room.
You pay nothing until you are accepted. A 25% deposit holds your place. The balance can be paid in equal monthly installments. The balance is due 30 days before the retreat. Need-based scholarships are available. Ask on your connection call. Terms cover what happens if plans change.

Someone on our team talks it through with you. No pressure.
Application and medical intake
You fill out both. Our nurse practitioner reviews every intake.
Acceptance
We tell you whether this retreat fits you right now.
Deposit
Once you are accepted, a deposit holds your place.
- A nurse practitioner reviews every medical intake.
- Jo Ann Forristal, a family nurse practitioner, is on site during the retreat.
- Your prescriber leads any medication taper, and tapering often takes one to two months. Never stop or change a medication on your own.
Our facilitators include Austin Mao, Tamara Golden and Jo Ann Forristal, who each hold a Colorado natural medicine facilitator license. Our ceremonies are held under RFRA.
The week
Day by day
- TuesdayArrive by 3pm. Opening workshops and a breathwork journey.
- WednesdayWorkshops by day, then a psilocybin ceremony in the evening.
- ThursdayWorkshops by day, then a psilocybin ceremony in the evening.
- FridayIntegration in nature and relational work.
- SaturdayA daytime ceremony and a celebration.
- SundayA closing ceremony. Departures are around 2pm.
The place
Where we gather
Everyone stays together at the center. Rooms, meals and ceremonies are all on the same property.
Circle room
A smaller white room with mats set in a circle. We use it for sharing and integration.
Lounge
Wood ceilings, tall windows and a wood stove. A place to sit, write or talk between sessions.

Where you sleep
Shared room
Two twin beds, or a full and a twin. A bunk room is also offered. Up to two people.
Private room
A king or queen bed, and a bit more space to yourself.

A queen bed and glass doors to the outside.
The land
Outside the doors
Meadow and pines
Open meadow, ponderosa pines and granite. Space to walk and be quiet.
Water
A pond and a lake on the property. Good places to sit and think.
Tree nets
Rope nets strung between the pines and boulders. A place to lie back and look up.
Getting there
Fly into Denver International (DEN)
- The center is in Sedalia, Colorado, about 45 minutes by car from the airport.
- We share the exact address and arrival details once you are accepted.
- No shuttle. Participants share Ubers from Denver International Airport, and we help coordinate.
