What it costs, and why.

Here is what each program costs and what is in the price. Preparation, the retreat, and one month of integration are all included. If something is not on this page, ask us on the call and we will answer plainly.

• –Flights to the retreat and home again. We share arrival details once you are accepted.
• –Awaken airport transport. There is no shuttle; participants share Ubers from Denver airport, and we help coordinate.
• –Time off work during your retreat week
• –Anything you add on your own outside the program

How you pay

You pay nothing until you are accepted

1. A connection call with someone on our team.
2. Your application and medical intake.
3. Acceptance.
4. Your deposit.

That is the order. We do not ask for money before we both know it is a fit.

• A 25% deposit holds your place.
• The balance can be paid in equal monthly installments.
• The balance is due 30 days before the retreat.
• Need-based scholarships are available. Ask on your connection call.

If it is not a fit

Before you are accepted

If we decide a retreat is not right for you, you have paid nothing.

If plans change

Cancel 46 or more days before: full refund minus a 10% fee, or 100% as credit toward a future retreat. 31 to 45 days: 75% back as refund or credit. 16 to 30 days: 50%. 8 to 15 days: 25%. 7 days or less: no refund. If a medical or family emergency or a disaster stops you, everything you paid can move to a future retreat for a $300 fee.

If our screening finds the retreat is not safe for you, you get a full refund of everything you paid, with no fees.

Price is one piece. Fit is the rest.
