Our Method

From preparation to integration

Three phases that bracket every Ceremonia retreat: Prepare, Journey, Integrate.

Ceremonia process illustrated through retreat circle

A structured path to lasting change.

  1. 01

    Prepare

    4 weeks

Three preparation calls build the skills of curiosity and connection, so participants arrive ready to receive the full depth of ceremony.

  2. 02

    Journey

    6 days

A small cohort gathers on retreat for workshops and three ceremonies: two at night, one during the day. Expert facilitation throughout.

  3. 03

    Integrate

    4 weeks

Daily check-ins in week one, then weekly group calls through week four. An optional 4-month extension is available for deeper preparation or ongoing integration.

Phase 1

Prepare

Ceremonia retreats begin four weeks before participants set foot on the property. Three calls build the inner conditions that allow ceremony to land deeply: the skills of curiosity and connection.

  1. 4 weeks before

Onboarding, intention-setting, and a recap of the screening process. Participants clarify what they are bringing to the retreat and why.

  2. 2 weeks before

Approaching the other participants who will journey alongside you. The focus skill is curiosity, learning to meet others (and yourself) with genuine interest rather than assumption.

  3. 1 week before

Final readiness and the skill of connection. Participants practice opening to depth, with themselves and with the cohort, before ceremony begins.

Phase 2

Journey

Six days on retreat. Ceremonia intentionally limits each cohort to 12 participants, small enough that every person is known, large enough for genuine community to form.

Workshops and group practice run between ceremonies, offering frameworks that make sense of what the medicine surfaces. Three psilocybin ceremonies anchor the week:

  1. Wednesday

Night ceremony, the first psilocybin session of the retreat.

  2. Thursday

Day ceremony, a daytime psilocybin session with a different quality of light and attention.

  3. Saturday

Night ceremony, the closing psilocybin session, often the deepest of the three.

Phase 3

Integrate

The four weeks after retreat are where insights become patterns. Ceremonia stays close:

  • Week 1

Daily check-ins with the cohort, grounding the experience while it is still fresh, noticing what is shifting.

  • Weeks 2–4

Weekly group calls to deepen and consolidate. The cohort stays together through this phase, the relationships formed on retreat continue to do their work.

Awaken at Home, optional extension

A 4-month program available both to those who want extra preparation before retreat and to retreat alumni who want ongoing integration support. It builds the capacity to work with medicine, and with life, with greater safety and self-empowerment.

Ready to begin?

Thirty minutes with a Ceremonia facilitator, no pressure, no pitch. Just a real conversation about whether this is the right step for you.
