The ceremony is not the work
Every program has the same shape: one month of virtual preparation, a one-week in-person retreat, then one month of virtual integration included, with an optional two-month extension.
The steps
From first call to your seat
- A free connection call with someone on our team.
- An application and a medical intake.
- Acceptance.
- A deposit that holds your place.
Preparation
One month of building capacity
You practice curiosity and connection before you ever sit in ceremony. People who arrive with those skills can hold more of what comes up.
The retreat
One week, held with care
at least one facilitator for every four participants. Jo Ann Forristal, a family nurse practitioner, is on site during the retreat.
Awaken is 6-day with 3 ceremonies. Heal is 7-day with 3 ceremonies.
Integration
One month to bring it home
Integration is where a ceremony turns into a changed life. One month is included, with an optional two-month extension.
