Awaken at Home is a 12-week program designed to transform success into fulfillment. You continue your normal life, work, family, daily rhythm, while moving through a structured arc with weekly 1:1 facilitator support. For Awaken retreat participants, the first month is the included integration month, and the remaining two months are an optional extension.
Integration is built in from day one: journal prompts, weekly facilitator calls, somatic check-ins, and an alumni community on the other side. The arc ends with a clear next-step review, including whether a full retreat (Awaken or Heal) is the right move next.
