Our team
The people who hold your Ceremonia journey
Six named humans, transparent credentials, intentionally small. Three of us hold a Colorado NMHA license verified on the DORA registry. The remaining three operate as co-facilitators or under the Mexico 508(c)(1)(A)+RFRA framework. We name each role plainly so you know who holds you.

Credential transparency
Three of six hold an NMHA license. Here's the split.
Three of our six team members hold a Colorado NMHA license verified on the DORA registry: Austin Mao (NMF #0000036), Tamara Golden (NMIT #246), and Jo Ann Forristal (NMIT #213).
Kedar Shashidhar and Valerie Bentson are not NMHA-licensed; on Colorado retreats they operate as co-facilitators or assistants under an NMHA-licensed lead.
Ethan Babbage facilitates our Mexico ayahuasca container under the 508(c)(1)(A)+RFRA framework, which does not require Colorado NMHA licensure.
Verify any license at the Colorado DORA license lookup.
How we work together
An NMF-led ceremony, supported by a small team
Every Colorado retreat is led by an NMHA-licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator (NMF). Our two Facilitators-In-Training (NMIT) train under that lead as part of their NMHA pathway. Two non-NMHA-licensed team members participate as co-facilitators or support in their respective specialty roles, never as the licensed lead. Mexico operates under a different legal framework with an ayahuasca-specialist lead. We name these roles plainly because you have the right to know who holds you.
