Our Guarantee
Ceremonia's guarantee is not about money. It is about how we show up at every stage, from the first conversation through the last week of integration. What follows is a plain account of what we commit to, and where our commitment ends.
What we commit to
Screening
If our review of your health history, psychiatric stability, and intentions suggests that ceremony would not serve you well right now, we will say so. Directly. This is not gatekeeping, it is the first act of care we can offer.
Right Fit
If our screening process reveals that the program you applied to is not the right fit for your current situation, we will refund any deposit paid. We will also suggest an alternative path, integration coaching, a different program, or a referral, when one exists.
Safety
A licensed medical provider is on-site for every ceremony weekend. Facilitators are trained to RAND 2025 harm-reduction standards and operate under a formal emergency protocol. You will never be in a room without a clear line of support.
Confidentiality
All health information shared during screening and retreat is handled under HIPAA-aligned practices. Row-level data isolation means your records are never mixed with another participant's. We will not use your experience in marketing, case studies, or public materials without your explicit, written consent.
Integration
Integration is not an add-on. Every retreat participant receives structured follow-up: weekly group circles, scheduled 1:1 check-ins, journaling prompts, and access to the integration team. This applies regardless of how the ceremony went, especially if it was difficult.

Particular outcomes
We cannot promise healing, resolution, insight, or any specific shift in how you feel or function. These vary by person, by timing, and by what you bring into the room.
A particular experience
Ceremony does not reliably produce a specific feeling, vision, or quality of encounter. Some sessions are quiet. Some are difficult. We will hold whatever arises, but we cannot script it.
Speed
Integration happens over months, sometimes years. Six to eight weeks of support is a foundation, not a finish line. We will say this plainly so you can plan accordingly.
That this is the right path for you
Psychedelic-assisted work is one pathway among many. If our screening conversation surfaces a different approach that would serve you better, we will name it, even if that means you do not book with us.
The honest tradeoffs
These are not fine print. They are the logic of how shared safety works.
You decline our screening process or any part of it
Tradeoff 1We cannot offer you a place in a retreat. Screening is not optional, it is how we protect you and everyone else in the room. There are no exceptions.
You withhold relevant health or medication information
Tradeoff 2Our safety guarantees cannot extend to risks we were not told about. If undisclosed information creates a safety event, your deposit and any paid fees are non-refundable. The Participant Agreement you sign before arrival includes this acknowledgment.
