Signature Journey · Colorado Front Range
Have a Good Trip.
A six-day, small-cohort psilocybin retreat designed for people who want to do this right, with preparation, skilled facilitation, and an integration arc that walks with you afterward.
Fit
A good trip is for the curious,
Three kinds of people show up at Have a Good Trip. Most carry more than one of these.
The First-Timer
You're curious but cautious.
You've read the research, watched the documentaries, maybe had a difficult experience once. You want to understand what structured, intentional psychedelic work actually looks like before committing.
The Seeker
You want real change,
not a peak moment. Depression, anxiety, patterns that therapy hasn't moved, you sense something deeper needs to shift, and you're ready to do the preparation that makes it stick.
The Integrator
You've been here before,
and something got unlocked that you didn't know how to carry forward. This time you want a careful container, IFS-informed, somatic, with 8 weeks of integration built in afterward.
This retreat is not for
- Anyone seeking recreational or party-use guidance
- Anyone looking for DIY dosing instructions or shortcuts
- Anyone unwilling to complete the preparation work
- Anyone whose medical screening reveals an unmanaged contraindication
What Happens
Four days. Six weeks of integration.
The retreat is structured in three phases. Arrival and preparation happen before the ceremony days. Integration begins the morning after and continues for six weeks online.
Day 1–2
Arrival + Preparation
Land, orient, and settle. Somatic grounding practices, intention-setting circles, and a detailed briefing on what to expect, physiologically, psychologically, and relationally. No ceremony yet. This phase is not optional.
Day 3–4
Ceremony Days
Two full-day psilocybin ceremonies held in a beautiful, purpose-built space on the Colorado property. Each guided by a licensed facilitator and a trained support team. Cohort size is capped at 10 participants.
Day 5
Integration Day One
Group sharing circles, somatic processing, rest. We do not rush this day. The 24–48 hours after ceremony are among the most important for locking in what emerged.
Day 6
Departure + Bridge
A gentle morning practice, community closing circle, and your integration kit. Before you leave, you're matched with a peer accountability partner from the cohort.
Weeks 1–6
Online Integration Arc
Weekly facilitated Zoom circles, somatic homework prompts, and optional 1:1 integration sessions. Research is clear: the neuroplasticity window stays open for weeks. We stay with you through it.

Alumni Voices
From people who've been here.
What participants say after the retreat and 90 days of integration. Unedited, their words, not ours.
“I came in carrying a question I'd been holding for a decade. I left with a feeling — and a plan I could actually live.”
“Two decades in psychiatry didn't prepare me for what this container made possible. The clinical rigor and the heart were both real.”
“I expected a peak experience. What I got was a whole new operating system — and a community that's still with me a year later.”
“What surprised me most wasn't the ceremony — it was the community I came home to. Two years on, we still talk every week.”
“The container was unlike anything I'd experienced. Skilled, warm, and never rushed. I felt held the whole way through.”
“After eighteen years of meditation practice, this was the first time I felt my own heart open from the inside.”
FAQ
Common questions, answered honestly.
Is psilocybin legal in Colorado?
Yes. Psilocybin is legal in Colorado under the Natural Medicine Health Act (NMHA), which voters passed in 2022. Our ceremonies are held under our religious-freedom framework (RFRA), and our practitioners are NMHA-licensed by the state of Colorado (DORA-verified). The two frameworks are complementary, not competing.
What if I'm on SSRIs or other medications?
Medication interactions are reviewed individually as part of our intake process. SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, lithium, and certain cardiac medications require careful consideration. We do not provide medical advice, your intake screening is conducted by a qualified clinical screener who will advise whether tapering or timing adjustments are appropriate before attending. Some medications are a contraindication for participation.
How large is each cohort, and who else will be there?
Cohorts are capped at 10 participants. Attendees are adults (21+) who have completed the same medical screening and preparation work as you. Ceremonia does not host party-focused or recreational cohorts, everyone in the circle is there for intentional therapeutic work.
What does the integration support look like after the retreat?
You receive 6 weeks of structured online integration: weekly facilitated small-group circles (60 min, Zoom), somatic homework prompts between sessions, optional 1:1 sessions with an IFS-trained therapist (additional cost), and peer accountability partner matching. The integration arc is included in the base retreat price.
What if something difficult comes up during ceremony?
Difficult experiences are not emergencies, they are often the most productive parts of the journey. Every ceremony has a licensed facilitator and at least one trained support guide per 5 participants. We are trained in psychedelic crisis support. The pre-retreat preparation sessions specifically address how to work with intensity rather than resist it. You will not be left alone.
