Integration Mastery

For retreat alumni who want the journey to actually change something, not just be a memory. Eight weeks of live calls, peer pods, and a body of practice you can carry forward.

Open to alumni of any plant-medicine retreat, Ceremonia or elsewhere.

The arc

• Weeks 1–2

  Land the journey

  What just happened, in your own language. Distinguish what you experienced from what you decide it means. The first move of integration is description, not interpretation.

• Weeks 3–4

  Body and nervous system

  Somatic Experiencing fundamentals. The journey opens windows the body has to catch up to. Practices for staying with sensation when the head wants to skip ahead.

• Weeks 5–6

  Parts and patterns

  Internal Family Systems for retreat alumni. The protector parts that come back online after the journey, and how to keep relationship with them instead of being run by them.

• Weeks 7–8

  Building practice

  What stays after the cohort ends. Daily practices, weekly check-ins, and the social structures that turn one journey into a life of inspired living.

Format

• One 90-minute live group call each week (Zoom)
• A 4-person peer pod that meets between calls
• Async lessons and templates between sessions
• Cohort-wide community thread
• One private 1:1 call with a Ceremonia facilitator (week 4)

Lead-in price for the 8-week cohort. Two cohorts a year. Cohort size capped at 16 to keep the live calls intimate and pod assignments balanced.
